Say something is excessive with 〜すぎます, describe ease or difficulty with 〜やすい/にくい, change something with Nを Adj く/に します, and state a choice with Nに します.

Grammar
V-ますすぎます/Adj すぎます
Too much (〜すぎます)
Verb masu-stem + すぎます, i-adj (drop い) + すぎます, or na-adj stem + すぎます shows an action or state has gone beyond what is appropriate. It often describes something undesirable.
ゆうべお酒を飲みすぎました。
このセーターは大きすぎます。
最近の車は操作が簡単すぎて、運転がおもしろくないです。
V-ますやすい/V-ますにくい
Easy to ~ (〜やすい)
Verb masu-stem + やすい means easy to do (volitional verbs) or prone to happen (non-volitional verbs). It conjugates like an i-adjective.
このパソコンは使いやすいです。
白いシャツは汚れやすいです。
V-ますにくい
Hard to ~ (〜にくい)
Verb masu-stem + にくい means hard to do or unlikely to happen. It conjugates like an i-adjective.
東京は住みにくいです。
雨の日は洗濯物が乾きにくいです。
このコップは割れにくくて、安全ですよ。
N を Adj くにします
Make something ~ (N を Adj く/に します)
Unlike 〜く/に なります (the subject changes), N を i-adj く します or N を na-adj に します means you deliberately change something. N を N に します sets an amount.
音を大きくします。
部屋をきれいにします。
塩の量を半分にしました。
N にします
Decide on ~ (N に します)
N に します expresses a choice or decision: a room type, a drink, a date, and so on.
部屋はシングルにしますか、ツインにしますか。
会議はあしたにします。
