V-ています (resultingstate)
Resulting states (V-ています)
For intransitive change-of-state verbs, V-ています describes the current result: 窓が割れています (the window is broken). Use が for immediate observation; は when the topic is already established: このいすは壊れています.

会議室のドアが閉まっています。
V-てしまいました/しまいます
Completion or regret (V-てしまいました)
V-てしまいました can mean finishing completely: みんなで飲んでしまいました. It can also express regret or something done unintentionally: パスポートをなくしてしまいました.
持って来たワインはみんなで飲んでしまいました。
漢字の宿題はもうやってしまいました。
どこかで財布を落としてしまいました。
N (place) に行きます/来ます/帰ります
Destination with に
に can replace へ to mark a destination with 行きます, 来ます, and 帰ります: 交番に行かないと.
財布を落としてしまったんです。……すぐ交番に行かないと。
それ/その/そう
Referring back (それ/その/そう)
In conversation, それ refers to what the other person just said; その + noun refers to something just mentioned; そう confirms you will act as suggested: そう します.
財布を落としてしまったんです。……それは大変ですね。
うちへ帰って、休んだほうがいいですよ。……ええ、そうします。
ありました
Discovery (ありました)
ありました can report that the speaker has just found something: [かばんが] ありましたよ.

どこかで/どこかに
Somewhere (どこかで/に)
After どこか, particles を and へ may be dropped, but で and に are kept: どこかで財布を落としました, どこかに電話がありますか.
